Frederika “Fraka” Harmsen: Paleontological Mitigation Scientist

Frederika “Fraka” Harmsen has worked within the California State University system since the mid-1980s. While a Professor of Geology in the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences at Fresno State, Fraka Harmsen and her students worked on numerous paleontological surveys and mitigation projects for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) in California.
