Frederika “Fraka” Harmsen: Making a Positive Difference

Frederika “ Fraka” Harmsen has worked within the California State University system since the mid-1980s and currently serves as the Special Assistant to the President at California State University in Chico. During her more than three decades with the university, she seems to have done it all but says she does not intend to fully retire any time soon.
